The official name of Hungary, which is called Magyarorszag is Hungarian, is the Republic of Hungary. When translated into Hungarian this comes to Magyar Koztarsasag. Hungary is situated in the Carpathian Basin in the centre of Europe and is encircled by land on all sides. Hungary is surrounded by Croatia, Austria, Ukraine, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Romania.
The city of Budapest is the capital of Hungary, which is a member of the European Union, NATO, and NATO. It is also a Schengen state. The language which is spoken officially in Hungary is Hungarian, which is also called Magyar. In the European Union, there only four official languages which are not of Indo-European origin and Hungarian is one of them.
In the last few years, Hungary has had the status of being a major tourist destination, and ranks among the top fifteen most popular places to visit. Budapest, which is the capital of Hungary, is considered to be one of the most beautiful places of the world. There has been a target set for its accession to the euro zone, and to reach this target Hungary will have create economic reforms and reduce government spending.
The climate of Hungary is classified as being a Continental Climate. The summers are hot but the humidity level is low overall. The winters are frigidly cold with snow.
